- New vendors to KPN are required to register to use the site. On the login page, click "Supplier Information" on the right, to complete the registration process.
- For each invitation For Bid (IFB), bidders must download Part I (General Terms and Conditions), Part II (Special Terms and Conditions and Bid Specifications), Part III (Bid Instructions and Forms) and any additional forms specific to the bid.

The bid forms (Part III) are created in a fillable PDF format. Follow the instructions provided for completion.

All bid awards must be approved at a regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the CSIU Board of Directors held at the CSIU Main Office, 90 Lawton Lane, Milton, PA 17847. Notification of awards is made after Board Approval.
