Current Bid Solicitations

Bids are now being accepted for #2 Fuel Oil, NRLM, ULSD and 87 Octane for the 2012-2013 school year. To respond to the bid, please go to the Solicitations tab and select KPN Regional Bids to access vendor registration and all bidding files. Deadline for all bid proposals is April 27, 2012 by 3:00 pm EST.

New vendors to KPN are required to register to use the site. On the login page, click "Supplier Information" on the right, to complete the registration process.

For each invitation For Bid (IFB), bidders must download Part I (General Terms and Conditions), Part II (Special Terms and Conditions and Bid Specifications), Part III (Bid Instructions and Forms) and any additional forms specific to the bid.
The bid forms (Part III) are created in a fillable PDF format. Follow the instructions provided for completion.
All bid awards must be approved at a regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the CSIU Board of Directors held at the CSIU Main Office, 90 Lawton Lane, Milton, PA 17847. Notification of awards is made after Board Approval.
